why are we the way we are?

do you realise that some things, characteristic or your favourite things are due to the people you love? whether we realise it or not it a way to keep that person's memory close to us. i realised this last year. before this i thought i do this and this because of my own judgment. well some things are. and some things are not. for instance, the way you carry out yourselves, one of the biggest factor that shape the way we carry out ourselves is our parents. the way they bring us up build who we are today. as much as i know my mum is very choosy when selecting thing and stuftf, i didn't realise that at some point i judge a fruit or vege the way my mum judge a fruit or vege. which means at certain situation i can be a picky or choosy as emak is. i'm not saying that it is a bad thing, because i know that always want the best of every everything.. termasuklah sayur dan buah-buahan yg mak nak beli. but then at other times i can be like abah, who wants thing to get done asap and as well as possible. based on the same example, abah wouldn't bother to look at the sayur2 carefully, as long as he feels that the sayur nampak segar, cantik and tak ade buruk he'll take it.

what else.. can't remember them at the moment. but the more i think about this the more i found it true. look at the people around you. go ahead and ask them why do they like this and that. you'll find that it is due to the people to whom they are close to.

i am not saying that everything we do has got something to do with these people. but at some point you'll find that certain things are the way they are because of the people we love. not that i'm blaming or judging. but i think it is a sweet way of remembering someone and to keep someone's memory close to our heart. i think it is also a way to show that we love them without the need of telling them that we love them.
