inspirational

Every teachers and teachers to be SHOULD+MUST see this movie. Mr. Ron Clark an ordinary guy who decides that in anything he do, he must has faith in his students. ooops, wait, hold on a sec.... he didn't call them his students... he address them as 'my kids'. When we watch anything on tv, we'll think that this is just another movie. but to think that this story is based on a true story... i take my hats off to the real Mr. Clark Ron.
i had been in a Year One class which i couldn't handle. The students were everywhere. Some were reading. Some were running. Others were doing 1001 things at a time. haha... things were out of control. at the end of the day, i reached in my room feeling exhausted and fell flat on my bed. it was horrible. extremely horrifying to be in charge when i didn't even know what i was supposed to do. Mr.Clark was worried when one of his student miss class. He decided to have respect in the student despite the fact that they have never respected him. He reinforce various rules to control the student. To help the children, each and every one in the class. None were left out. He sees the potential in each of them. One thing for sure, he NEVER GIVES UP!

it's just that it is so inspiring that the only thing i can say is go and watch the movie if you have not. and if you are a teacher or going to be a teacher you can't help but try to relate to yourselves. as for me, it made me think, how far will i go to make the students trust me? will i try to get to know their family? learn the potential that each of them have? or is this merely just a dream. when i woke up, which is during my prac day @ the day i step into school, i will know. till then i guess i will have to imagine.

relating to the movie, i'm giving up something that i have working on since early this year. i've tried but i am not sure how hard have i tried. i've whined, i've sighed. still i couldn't reached. i am at a point where i don't know which way to go. what route to take. what to do. have i given up? i feel as if things are getting further and they are beyond my reach. i guess i need to have faith. HAVE FAITH in ALLAH. have faith in myself. if i myself doubt in what i am doing, then no one will have faith in me. what i am saying here is that, i have to believe in myself. i can do it if i want to. don't hesitate. (it's hard when you've been like this all your life, huhu).nah, stop doing this to yourselves afifah.

i guess that's all i have to say this time. till we meet again in another entry insyaAllah.
